hi! good evening! i just want to share my experience at smartnet.. yesterday arnoldc and i went to smartnet to upgrade our phones into R2D. after the upgrade nagkulay pink lcd ko! kinausap ko si gilbert na kung pwede palitan unit ko, he said wala silang stock for replacements.. then i ask him kung pwede palitan na lang yung LCD. meron daw sila. pagkatapos palitan lcd nagkaloko-loko naman yung mga keypads ko!! lumubog yung 2,5,8,0 not functioning properly na.. so balik smartnet na naman ako, aayusin daw kaso nung inayos nila nakita ko LCD sa loob may GASGAS!!!! tapos dami pang dumi!!! luma yata nilagay nila..tsk tsk.. badtrip talaga!!!! bigtime!!!!! |

wag mong papalampasin yan. Its their mistake so i think u should ask them to change the unit(or do something abt it n fix ur t68.) . Some1's gotta complain so it wont happen again.!!!!di ba??? minsan kasi pansin ko sa mga clients..yes lang ng yes miskina palpak na ang service... |

jst a suggestion,if ur phone is stil on warranty,u can try s semicon,bka atleast don palitan ng bgo- khit yng lcd lng ü :-]

oh trust us. 
smartnet is way better than semicon in terms of services especially repairing warrantied phones...
semicon replaces units (phones) only within 7 days.
smartnet replaces units as long as it is under warranty.
semicon charges P1000+ for FW upgrades.
smartnet charges P400+ for non-warranty units.

before, i had my t68m upgraded, naging yellowish...and wasnt able to fix my "non-charging unit (naka lagay pa sa report unit non-charging "FIXED")........at semicon...
smartnet.. replaced it..
if there's no unit, just wait nalang... |

@alanranch, di ko talaga palalampasin to pre, actually nung T39 pa gamit ko 3 times ko pinapalit sa kanila.. sobrang metikuloso eh. ganda pa naman ng performance ng phone ko. and besides 2 times na nabuksan phone ko! gusto ko ng bago!!! bago!! bago!! bago!!
@pogie, nagkataon lang yung sakin pare, actually ok smartnet in terms of service nila walang binatbat semicon. i am very pleased with R2D005 hataw sa GPRS..
@beatrix, sori pare yoko ng T68i, madulas sa ilalim..
