I've had one at the time removed. The one in the upper jaw bleed for a longer time but thee ones in the lower jaw stay open longer. And then some yucky stuff comes up and you get it in your mouth, tastes like compost

Ive had braces and i dont really remember how annoying they were, like 3 years ago, i dont wear my retainer anymore either, N.B. dont lose that its cost like 80 sheets to replace...

i wud recommend wearing it all the time for the first month. now i only wear it at nights.
sure my teeth have moved a bit, but they will always move, unless you want to wear your retainer for life.
teeth normally go perfect then move slightly back but dont worry, mine are still hellish straight and sexy.
