@ALL: I'm speaking to the insurance ombudsman ngomso because there's a foul scent about this whole thing. When I signed the contract with them it was for the book value...that's what i understand by insurance. With all the BS that they're tuning me I might get a car sometime in February if i succeed or late January at the earliest.
It's two months until I'm due for an upgrade...and I'm cutting down on all the suspects, narrowing down to SE...my current phone( the first N70 died) has served me well over the four five months I've had it. But I doubt I'll return to Nokia unless Vodacom can sweeten the deal with something akin to an E90
@da wanqsta: Do you think Boris Johnson stands a snowball's chance in hell of being elected mayor of London...just read a couple of features on him and he comes across as a joker of sorts albeit an intelligent one.

@ da brixsta,
Nah, I don't think people take him that seriously IMHO. Can't see Ken Livingstone being dethroned from his perch. He comes across as a much stronger, assertive figure.
I hope I'm wrong though; competition is always an effective suppressant against monopolising tendencies and mild forms of dictatorship..

The Kryptik One apparently suffers from a severe case of 'The Pendulum Effect'.

lol 'pendulum affect'
Just checked a documentry about a drug in America called '"Wet" Dope laced with PCP and Embalming fluid which is then smoked. You should see the people taking this stuff. They go absolutely nuts. Please dear God keep this drug out of South Africa. And they call Crystal Meth (TIK) the "Devils Drug" I think the Devil has officially been dethroned.
A chemical used to preserve the dead is becoming an increasingly popular drug for users looking for a new and different high, one which often comes with violent and psychotic side effects, officials say.
The chemical is embalming fluid, and users mainly teens and twentysomethings are buying tobacco or marijuana cigarettes that have been soaked in it, then dried. They cost about $20 apiece and are called by nearly a dozen names nationwide, including "wet," "fry" and "illy.
The high that users experience depends on what they're really getting. Many users who want embalming fluid often get it with phenylcyclidine (PCP) mixed in. Embalming fluid is a compound of formaldehyde, methanol, ethanol and other solvents.
"What they're getting is often PCP, but the idea of embalming fluid appeals to people's morbid curiosity about death," said Dr. Julie Holland of New York University School of Medicine, who has studied drugs including wet. "There's a certain gothic appeal to it."

Damn, that IS hectic, Hobbs. I agree with you, that kind of drug shouldn't reach our shores. The local situation is bad enough as is.

@ Hobbster,
Yeaaahh, The Cult.
Man, I remember their ground-breaking 'Fire Woman', 'She Sells Sanctuary' and that unmistakable riff in 'L'l Devil'..and well, the hard rock anthem 'Heart Of Soul' is just BRIL.
Sigh, memories...

@ Wanga Just asked him for some tracks of some of those old tunes long forgotten and suprisingly enough the ones you mentioned he gave me except the last one.Love that guys voice.
Im looking to listen to some new music so if you have a band or someone who you think is fantastic, give me a heads up and I'll give them an ear.Who knows,I might like them too but never knew they existed. There are some kickass shit out there that just never gets to the surface because of the politics in the music industry and thats the stuff I wouldnt mind supporting and spreading the word.
For some reason I think 2008 is going to be a fantastic year.I can feel my creative juices starting to sizzle deep within me and ready to come to the surface and shine.Bring it on
Check your email Wangs.Tell me what you think of that track.Thumbs up or down.
Yeah Kryps.Pychotic and violent outbursts, hallucinations and paranoia is the last thing you want a gangster to be experiencing. You should have seen some of the scenes of users lying tied down on gurneys in hospital corriders with police escorts going absolutely ballistic. And they so young dude.

One thing I like about the UIQ3 interface is the icons look 3Dimensional whereas your icons look 2.5 dimension or kinda flat lol
Wish this phone had 16 million colours though.Your screen looks real vibrant and colourful.

Wanga is your UIQ3 flame sizzling out a wee bit. You've never really praised or raved about that P1i or are you just getting older and wise and realizing its just a damn phone and theres nothing to get hystical about.

the s60v3 icons are kind of flat but i like them like that, looks simple, plain and organised not that UIQ3 isn't organised, its icons are great i get a bit jealous sometimes but there is something about it i dont like, and thats the big spaces between each icon but i can understand why they made it that way cause its a Touchscreen so cant have everything squashd up, wish WM was the same.
Yep 16million colours makes quite a difference, colours are sharp, vibrant and its bright, touchscreens should def get it.
