@peterkay, why do you keep posting sections from the quran? i think its pointless this is a topic to discuss religion, not the muslim praying topic. |

What does it matter if Peter posts quotes from the Quran? If it bothers anyone to any great extent simply don't read those posts. As far as I am aware one is allowed to post whatever one likes on Esato within the rules.

I think, perhaps, the issue is people are no longer reading the posts as they no longer wish to read long sections of sripture. Thus, effectively, the poster is not being heard.

Read it or Ignore it, its your choice but i won't stop.
This is a religious thread and i will post quotes from The Quran always.
Verse 7 from Chapter 31 states:
When Our Signs are rehearsed to such a one, he turns away in arrogance, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in both his ears: announce to him a grievous Penalty.

Doesn't affect me in the slightest if people don't read my quotations but there are some readers out there who are interested. All here are welcome to post from theor scriptures but why tell someone to stop? Possibly because it's the truth? A religious topic needs quotations from scriptures from various faiths thus i will keep doing so. Only read if you want to, if not don't.

you ought to get lost Jagger, you're like an idiot that doesn't understand
edit: the way I act with individuals in this thread of course will be different than out of it.
When it comes to points of views people have different ideas.
I'll still continue to try to be a good person and I wont try to put down another religion because of another person, however I'll still ask that it not be done.

Then why are you commenting on them? If you don't like them then don't read them.

I can see where your coming from about the long quotes...but honestly it's up to him if he want's too. I've read a few and they're interesting and make sense.
If i had the time i'd read them all, i'd no doubt benefit in some way from them, so i'm glad your not stopping peterkay.
Maybe if you guys quoted as much from your own holy books etc we could all learn a little more about your religions...or at least hear a lol less of the B!tching from you.
Either put up or shut up!
