Yipee! Got my new phone na:-) sana wont have to change anymore... @dan: gave a description lang of the problem but saved one message without the caller id just in case. Told them too about the one incident that it hung. Semicon pp has good customer service. Both instances that i had to change phone they did so without fuss. Hope they keep it up!:-) thank god for warranty!

Now u hav another 7days to torture again. All keypads r lighted na? Btw- the üñ ìäàå are at the # key, use the abc key, choose that instead of ENGLISH

@dan- all lights are on! even the * button. siguro the last unit was a lemon. kaya mabait ang CS ng Semicon, kinindatan ni Bonito with a matching flying kiss! Eh lalaki pala yung nag-aatend sa akin. hehehehe 
i'll check out the special characters on manual text, not english t9.

fxy- hold the # key, it will let you choose the abc, english, 123; just choose the abc and u can find the special keys under their respective numbers
