@Sean, cheers mate
Call me slow but does this mean that the unlimited internet is as you said for internet browsing, email, the 500mb data allowance is for downloading files and streaming audio and video, now what about app downloads ie weather apps? news apps facebook ect that use push ? is this internet or data ?

Thanks for the reply mate. It seems that the Wi-Fi Direct is just for show off without any use... I've google everywhere including here. I hope Sony will fix this in JB update

Just had a bad experience. My phone battery was at 1% but on charge. I uninstalled an app and all of a sudden the phone became REALLY laggy throughout the whole system. It then rebooted itself came back on and was still laggy. Rebooted itself again came back on and this time was smooth. I then proceed to type this message and the phone rebooted again 3rd time. Got battery to 4% and all seems ok,for now. What just happened??

It may be jus a guess.
But there is overheating software now in this FW, it may react when the phone is hot..

Well,but a phone with 1 gig of ram and dual core 1.5ghz I would think that's enough for Jelly Bean to run fine

The overheating control is on this update yes but last night I remember the phone was quite hot. @Del yes you're right mate. A few days ago I loved this phone now am beginning to really stress over it. I never have haptic feedback on but even typ ing this message now I watch the battery meter drop by almost seconds it's going to go on eBay soon if this is not going to improve

Yep I hear what your saying Sean, I feel a little the same, whilst on ICS I loved the phone and the only problem it had was the camera, but now the camera is great but the phone is flakey but I'm holding out and hoping that Sony will release a bug fix really quick.

@sean72

You can sure sell it if you want, but you should also realize that there is no perfect phone. The new phone you'd buy may have as many bugs or more. So I'd say be patient and wait for the fixes.

Anyway can you list the issues that bother you ?

Well mine seems to have levelled out really well now, battery and phone doing what it's meant to do. Camera is amazing, phone very fast and browser spot on.
I know that it's early days with this update, and I'm sure there will be bug fixes to come, but project has made a remarkable difference in the phone. Going to keep and eye in it to still come. Just glad that the update has found a happy point and to be honest seems to be lasting longer than it did with ICS.

Glad the updates working out for you I think for me I'll try not to worry about the battery so much and just use my phone to the full over the next day or so and see how it fairs.
