lower your ISO and shutter speed or maybe you could add some diffuser near your xenon flash

i already set the ISO to the lowest...but the shutter speed is auto....i'll try for the lower shutter speed..
what can i use for the diffuser??

did u try to take video while diving? i would love to get it for my HTC Desire...do you think Desire would fit in it? and how much did it cost?
edit: i found it myself but would you be able to take video underwater? maybe i'll buy from Amazon for 18 pounds if you give thumbs up for the performance under water.
