@ Hobbster,
Methinks I need to email you some of the other tracks off that CD at some point...

@ JC,
Well this year's completely thrown out 'the 4000-post-per-year' average of the past, as we're bound to hit that 'target' in the next month or two! You won't find everyone making a thing of it though (the argument being that numbers alone aren't the single be-all and end-all of a successful thread), but it's still interesting as regards measurable yardsticks as to how the thread's doing re interest, contributions, etc.

This thread's fortunate to have you, Hobbs, Gucci, Jojo, gola et al join in this past year or two, and make all these great contributions, so it's a bit hard to say where we'll be by late 2008...hopefully we'll crack 6th spot on the esato Top 20, as Foro Dominicano will be overtaking us in the near future. Good on them; they've got a bigger, strong core group that regularly contribute.

@ Jojo,
Hope you had a great reunion, mate.

The new business-orientated Nokia E51 is now selling for £169.95 (approx R2400) at the UK's CPW.

LOL, he seems to be managing quite OK there without Eno's, boet...or maybe he took one just before he posted...

BTW, will email you another 1 or 2 of those tracks this evening; 'O Come All Ye Faithful' is also my fave off that album.

@da wanqsta: Haven't checked the Top20 for while but I didn't imagine this thread in the top 6.
@ALL: My year started off the worst possible note, while I was out partying at the Waterfront, my car was stolen from in front of my block of flats...came home, saw it was missing and was overcome by something akin to a punch in the gut from Iron Mike.
Cops from Sea Point police were awesome and they attended to my complaint immediately...Hopefully they can recover my precious.

To live in Sunny Sea Point hey Brix. That suburb has many faces.Ive lived there for going on to 6 years and I've seen the worst. On the surface it looks all cleaned up and sorted but believe me the muck is still sitting below the surface.

Thanks amawanqa and hobbs

@brix,sorry for the loss...hope u get back your car.Crime is pretty high up in SA ...i had heard.

The answer is Tata's 1 lakh rupees car(2500$)...will be announced on 10th(i am attending autoexpo in delhi and will post pictures ).Renault is also planning for a 3000$ car in collaboration with Bajaj Auto...and Suzuki will make their 5000$ car M800 cheaper.600cc 4 seater plastic-metal Cars will be so dirt cheap that nobody even lodges a complaint for a missing car.Downside is traffic jams, pollution and absolutely NO safety for the driver and passengers.

Damn, i'm sorry to hear about your wheels, Brix. It sucks dude, i know the feeling. Had my Corolla nicked a few years ago, got back only the shell. The ensuing fight with the insurance company was legendary. They say the branch manager should be coming out of the coma soon.
