LMAO Hobbster. Yeah, I like the idea of India too; not the first country that came to mind re a meet-up between the 2 countries ... Hmmm, some nca Indian food like biryani and chicken tikka masala and then a phal or vindaloo curry on the Asian sub-continent to really get me firing on all cylinders.. should kill any germs for another 5 years or so, LOL.
Now where's Dr. Thug; I'm sure he can help us out with this one.
Right, the King of Wanqadom is now retiring for the rest of the evening. What a night of posting, from retort that Dr. Ruth would've been proud of to all things cellphones n' sport n' sh!t n'... stuff.
As The Hobbster said earlier, you gotta love this thread, LOL
G'night, ya'll.

Where's this thread flying off to? You guys were very busy last night and into the early hours of this morning.
I'm still in bed, recovering from a warm-up session.
@da Hobbster: Over the years I've bought several tv's and dvd players from HiFi Corporation and this is the first time something has died on me.

Im on holiday but I still get up at 7.30 in the morning.Hows that for dumb.Theres like an automatic alarm clock in my head and once Im awake I cant go back to sleep.Only got to bed at 4.30.So feeling a bit dof today.
Curry for breakfast.Ewwww!Sounds horrid.Ice Cream for breakfast with choclate mint sauce,Yeah!
I've got to stop smoking. Its almost R20 for a box of Camel Lights 20's.Thats insane.1 box a day for a month and you looking at about R600 a month.1 box a day for a month for a year you looking at R7200.
So if I stopped smoking for a month I could get myself a 4gb m2 card,or a 250gb hard drive.or 2 1GB RAM memory sticks for the PC,or a just off the bottom of the range graphics card ect ect and if I saved each and every penny for the year I could get myself a Samsung Gucci or the Nokia 8800 fashion phone.Nah,thats definitely not going to inspire me.How about a E90 or TYTN II.Nah,still not inspired. Its a damn hard habit to stop.
I say keep raising the price.Thats the only thing that will get me to stop R7200 Eish! Looking at it like that makes me want to cry.

@ Brix Just curious How much did you get that 500gig hard drive for? A 500 internal at Matrix Warehouse Computers goes for R1099.00 Just interested to know the price difference between an external and internal.
And,what operating system is everyone running on their PC's,and is it a licenced version. (or a Bolshevic import) Anyone running Vista, and if you are is it worth upgrading?

i'm running the acclaimed Symbian platform, commonly known to you plebs as s60. It's a licensed version, but sadly, that's where the licensing stops. The applications...
My younger boetie gave my daughter a pc for Christmas, one of the surplus stock from work. 1gb of ram, 160gb hdd, but the mamaboard seems to have suffered a hangover, since it keeps speaking Kwakistani instead of Vistarese, so he's having it sorted at work when he returns from holiday in Cape Town.
Smoking, ughhh man, horrible habit. I should stop too, but i won't If Charles Bronson could have a death wish, so can i

Dallas S.W.A.T I say Helen Ziller needs to bring a team here from there to sort out our TIK epidemic.Saw those guys in action just before I went to bed this morning on DSTV.They were having a Dallas S.W.A.T marathon on Reality channel and those guys are awesome at what they do.Especially when they take down drug-dealers.When they get to a house thats barricaded with Metal doors, cages, bars ect (like most the drug dens in Cape Town, they basically by using the element of suprise of course, and a really well planned detail attack, all move in at once, attach grappling hooks to all access points to the house and basically by using massive armoured vehicles drive off and in the process rip the doors and windows out of their frames and then move in guns at the ready and the dealers dont know what the hell hit them. Its so funny,in one case they attached the hooks to the front windows and door of this one house, drove off and because most houses in America are made of wood, ripped out the whole face of the house, porch and all.Total devastation.Send in Narcotics after they had done their business securing the scene and lo and behold, found absolutely nothing.Geez,Americans are crazy mo@#$%^&^*.
Do we have a special police team like American have S.W.A.T.Does anybody know?

We have a Special Task Force of which i'm aware. Went shooting with some local lads who were trying out for the team a good while ago. Those boys could shoot the balls off a high-speed gnat!

Ok Kryps, they could shoot like Billy the Kid,that means nothing in my book. Were they an intelligent bunch or just gung-ho brutes. Also the American S.W.A.T guys seem to be paid really well. They were focussing on some individuals in the force and they all seem to be pretty well off. They are proud of being S.W.A.T and really believe in what they doing.
C'mon Mr Zuma.Pay our Special Task Team a good wage and let them reek havoc on the bad boys of the Cape Flats.Cape Town is dying to be free.

These boytjies had to pass all kinds of physical and mental tests just to qualify to apply for the team, boet. One buddy had studied Education with me, then joined the SAPS a few years later when the kids drove him nuts. He went on to study Law, and also tried out for the Special Force, and didn't even make the first cut. These dudes are sharp, it seems, verrry sharp.
