Maibe somebody should write an email to SE to anounce them of the camera problem. Sometimes "little" things slip away in big houses |

Many people has allready sent emails informing SE of this, more than once. Everyone just receive a standard reply saying absolutely nothing.

Actually, most of the debate is relevant to K750 firmware. I'm enjoying it personally.
Very interesting. |

I agree - at least I know that it isn't just me or my handset and that it is a problem with the FW.
@Numb
I agree with you - I have phoned SE and mailed them about the camera (and other issues) and receive flat denials from them - even though I myself have already told SE about the camera issue.
@All
We all need to report the issues and expect the same dumb answer but at least the message will eventually get through. Look what happened with R1A when the phone was first launched. All the UK networks withdrew the phone until the crashing bug was sorted. I think the best route to getting a new FW is to report bugs to SE and to your network. If you don't then don't expect a fix soon. |

i updated mine a few days ago, and it seems many of the crashes i consumed last time disappeared |

I managed to rattle a firmware developer @ Ericsson (yes, the firmware is developed by Ericsson & not SE) regarding a Bluetooth issue (kept dropping connection) and he has taken note of that issue...
Mind you, I've in charge of implementing some 2,500 K750i phones amongst the company I work for. And each one is paired to a HBH-662 BT headset... So SE did take some notice...

I'm getting so anxious waiting for the next firmware to be released for the K750i. I guess I shouldn't be though. I just hope the wait will be rewarded with hard work from the Ericson team! |

Well, if the previous 3 months period is a good guide rule to go by, dont expect new firmware until late September..

You couldn't have a word about the video quality could you? say its business critical or summat , why you got the k750 and you'll send all 2500 back unless its fixed

Yes please do have a word with them about the Camera software, get it back 3.8 as it was when its brand new, R1L Camera software sucks, what a disapointment.

Hi, i got my new k750i yesterday on orange pay as you go and i am trying to update my firmware but when i try the 'Sony Ericsson Update Service' program jus stays on "Initialising device...Please wait..." in a box for ages. It has been on that same message for 15minutes and it is not crashed because i can move the boxes around. Any suggestions are appriciated. Thanks |
