By the way, in case anyone wants to know, I also had the problem with low BT audio volume after the update, but it somehow fixed itself. It happened while I was listening to music and I received a notification. Weird.

That is odd. I just reported all these bugs to Sony Mobile they have emailed me back before I just asked them to pass it to the tech team. I hope

Walkman is buggy as sh..t
Practically the whole control through the button of the headset doesn't work and makes the app stop playback after each piece.
The volume jumps sometimes at the playback start.
Annoying.

I noticed the Walkman widget forces close but not the Walkman app like shorcut on home screen. If Sony doesn't release a fix quickly I shall sell this device unfortunately

I know how you feel Sean, this reminds me of the s, when released on gb it was a great phone and then came along ics which screwed it
Now we have the t, great on ics then along comes jellybean bugs an all I see a pattern here. Hopefully Sony will release a bugfix soon.
Tbh I think Sony stop releasing phones which they say are upgradeable to the next android version and concentrate the upgrades to the version there on and then that way all they have to do is improve on the features they have, ie the improved camera we have now on jelly, they should have implemented that on an ics firmware.

Well, but a phone with 1 gig of ram and dual core 1.5ghz I would think that's enough for Jelly Bean to run fine

I've noticed something strange with jellybean, I'm running 3g watch dog and it's showing that I'm using mobile data even though I've been connected to Wi-Fi all day, it's not a lot of data but it's still using it, has anyone else noticed this?

No I haven't as I don't have Wi Fi at home. I have unlimited data on Three network though Have you used 3G inbetween using Wi Fi?? I been playing alot of You Tube videos tonight and the battery has not drained too fast.

Just had a bad experience. My phone battery was at 1% but on charge. I uninstalled an app and all of a sudden the phone became REALLY laggy throughout the whole system. It then rebooted itself came back on and was still laggy. Rebooted itself again came back on and this time was smooth. I then proceed to type this message and the phone rebooted again 3rd time. Got battery to 4% and all seems ok,for now. What just happened??

I don't usually let my battery drop to below about 10% so I've never had that happen, weird
On a side note, I have unlimited internet with T-Mobile that was subject to a 500mb data limit ? Now on my account it just says unlimited internet, so my question is, do I really have unlimited internet so I can leave data on all the time and surf to my hearts content or will I be capped at 500mb and charged extra after that?
You see every time I've asked T-Mobile about it they have been so vague and really just said that they think that the data limit is only for streaming music and video or downloading large files, and I'm really quite confused
I'm only asking this because I want to see if my battery is better with me using data only, with just using WiFi to download or stream.

Have patience folks. We had the same experience on S when the ICS update came. The next Jb update should fix all the bugs, so just be patient for a while. |

Phone seems ok now. @Del are you on a T Mobile contract?? If so I know what the deal is. I was once on a T Mobile contract and it's also the same on pay as you go. T Mobile quote that on their 500mb tariffs that it is actually a 500mb DOWNLOAD & STREAMING allowance. That is on top of UNLIMITED browsing and email. So you can browse and email to your hearts content but your download allowance is 500mb. I know this as it actually says it on their website too. And T Mobile never charge you if you go over only slow your speeds. Trust me it's true
