I find it can't handle my ringtone (Stacked Actors by the Foo Fighters) at loud volumes as well as the K750 can. It is much more distorted, doesn't sound nice at all.
I've tried some other music tracks with the same result.
That's about the only thing I can find wrong so far.

How do you remove the memory cover? I didn't receive a memory card with the phone, but have ordered 1gb from ebay.
Does the cover slide - pull down or what?
I don't want to break it but there is nothing in the manual explaining how to remove it - other than " remove cover"!!!

I had exactly the same thoughts in the beginning. Just lift the cover upwards from the right side, where you have a gap. The cover has a plastic string on the left side that prevents you to take it totally apart from the phone.

Yeah so what is the K800 like at playing music on its loud speakers? Of course I know that it won't be superb, but comparing my K750 to other phones from other manufactures, it seemed well above all of them.
Does the K800 have bigger/better speakers? Better loud speaker music quality? Louder volume for music?

It's a pity that they used the same joystick as the K750 !! The one of the W810i or even the K610i would have been much nicer and appropriate.
What's the purpose of repeating the same mistakes ?? |

First of all, W810 and K610 uses a D-Pad, not a joystick. Second, why would using a joystick be a misstake ? |

You'll probably find its more the actual music than the phone. Ecspecially if it is or has been taken from a quiet or low bitrate MP3.

Thomas, the joystick isn't the same one as the k750i...apparantly it's a better designed stick so to pervent dust from building up inside it.

Try to charge the phone without turning it on. After half an hour try to turn it on. |

I've read all the way through and can't find the answer, have we established if 'Identify Music' is integral to the K800i or was it removed? |

I think only Walkman phones have it, though I may be mistaken...
