well he doesnt want to refund it but hes hopefully going to find the manufacturer. i havent touched it. my old one was a different story but this one was having probs as soon as i got it. it played songs for 10 secs, fm radio sucked, switched off a few times when trying to access the fm radio, made a crackling noise with the fm radio. now it refuses to turn on, only in the pc.

He should refund if you haven't touched it, that's way wrong,when you got it, it didn't work, that's his fault... who's the member?

dont fink i should say. well it did work when i got it but had bugs which i explained above. now it refuses to switch on. i would be happy with a refund, someone repairing it for me or another one from the manufacturer. i would also be happy with a 1gb mp3 player that works.

hi guys, it was me who sold the mp3 player to dude_se.
I am currently trying to find who i bought the mp3 player off for dude_se. I do not believe i should have to give a refund as the mp3 player was 100% working when i sent it and was when dude_se recieved it apart from the radio not recieving 100% signal. It was after a few days after dude_se had been using the mp3 player when the problems arose.
I am trying my best to find who i bought the mp3 from but its quite hard as i cant click on the item number in my feedback to get up the item information.
Im really sorry for what has happened but i do not believe the problem was my fault.
Il get back to you ASAP!

i never said it was your fault. well apart from the crap radio and the 10 second playing songs and the fact it switched off twice. please try and find out who you brought if off

iv given you all the details on msn. The radio worked 100% when i had it and it only turns off when you try to play a song of a format it doesnt recognise! It was 100% working when i sent it so those things aernt my fault!!
