Stupid UI aside, one can't help but fall in love with the lines and features of the RAZR2.

Speaking of Samsungite bling, the new Samsung F490 has just been announced, with 5mp (like the G800 and G600), HSDPA, etc:

LG are again joining the bling route as well; the KU990 Viewty will be available in a more bling form from January:

The Samsung P720 is the second phone from the manufacturer that has a dual-simcard facility:

@ Jojo,
Yeah and the 'speedo' indicates when the vacuum cleaner's bag needs emptying...!

Yeah, unlike the cricket in PE at the moment...

BTW, anyone updating the latest firmware on a N95 will apparently lose the tracking feature on the pre-installed Nokia Maps. No big loss to most, but still...

The K550i has dropped in price here, now going for 49.95 (approx R700).

On sporting matters, I still find it hard to believe that the umpires in cricket don't make more use of the 3rd umpire. That 'dismissal' of Kallis was a shocker of note, and probably a pivotal one as regards the match as well.

i just watched Flight 93 (at last!). Damned good movie, imho. Well-filmed, sensitive yet hard-hitting. Really made me realize anew the scale of devastation which the USA and the world suffered.
