The smaller the phone the better for me the v800 is big!!... s7?? bigger..
as for 3g i dont know any nice pretty girls thats worth video calling...YET
its good for browsing thats all...
if the k750 had edge and voda supported it i woudnt need a 3g phone.......... not as yet!! |

Wel compared to the v800 i wud take the k750.
Anyway guys em in Botswana (Gaborone) and i seriously need a terminator dongle. *Plizz anyone who knows the sites in South Africa where i can buy it online. I really need it.. *PM me with the replies

Don't you guys have an Incredible Connection in Gaberone? Else you'll have to buy the dongle from an online store.

@ brix25 : we hav Incredible conncetion but they don't have the dongle. I tried to talk to them, but they ar just stalling me.
All they have is the USB to IRDA and the Bluetooth Dongle only

Just heard from a reliable source that K750 will launched in July with the W800 available on Aug 15th.

But is not EDGE nor a smart phone.To buy phone just for pics,I am not so sure :-( also some users complain about the audio volume level.I think the Samsung 5MP camera phone is a better buy if picture taking is your game.Any news about the N90?

Went into an MTN store this morning and they've got a crazy promotion on Motorola's... Generally I don't like Moto's but at R3299 for the V3 and R1699 for the EDGE-capable V547 even a naysayer has to take note.

HELLO MOTO.Brix Vodacom stores can give you the V3 @R3300 with BT hset.And from 6 June we will have the BLACK V3..............MTN LAUNCHING 3G on June 5th for VIP and June 26 for the public

Sigh...don't you love how cellphone prices drop? The k750i has already had a slight drop in price at www.mobilefun.co.uk within a few days...now £293.95 SIM-FREE.
Also, the new black V3 with video capture is now £234.95, or £219.95 for the standard v3, both sim-free.
Brix, I know you are not a moto fan, but let me know if you are seriously considering another sim-free phone by late July...I'm flying to eKapa then and I can try and fit another new sim-free phone of your choice amongst my luggage...if you want a COD deal at CT airport. Don't worry, I won't charge any extra on any handset's advertised UK price, just the Rand/Pound exchange rate on the day I arrive.
You can imagine how much cheaper they will be then too, judging by the current trends and price drops!
No pressure, just let me know closer to the time.

@Tahir...if u guys are selling the V3 that cheap then shout it from the rooftops.
@utheta: Honestly all these gadgets are tempting but I'm not buying a new phone just yet. My precious is mint condition apart from a occasionally misbehaving joystick. Will patiently be waiting till next year to buy a new phone.
