Still there is need to think before buying the Xperia Arc.
The Arc has the same CPU and GPU as the half a year old Desire HD.

Now the DHD is selling out (Here in Sweden at least) for much less than the Arc.
The LG Optimus X2 cost just a little more than the Arc.

I would like to see topp of the line model also being the top of world (phone wise, that is).

Here's a comparison between DHD vs Arc vs X10. Sadly it is in Swedish only

It's a shame the Arc isn't Aluminium being so thin as that would be a good phone and especially being flagship which I would expect quality rather than the cheaply made injection moulded plastic.

Everything looks good this side of the fence

The screen, The camera, The design, HDMI, Newer android version,
If we want to go hardcore the CPU and GPU should be a bit more efficent due to better yields aswell but that's just taking it over the line

Really don't know why Newer Android keeps being mentioned when the DHD is getting 2.3 and the X10 is getting 2.3 aswell and the DHD already has better support.

The screen on the Arc keeps being mentioned all this Bravia rubbish but I've seen the Arc screen compared to the X10 and iPhone and the white is yellow on the Arc in comparison which looks absolutely horrible.

Design doesn't do anything for me, it's cheap plastic.

HDMI is meaningless to me as I have DNLA.

Theres nothing about the Arc being over clocked to perform better, it's got less RAM.

Camera is the only good thing but is it much better than the X10.

I've made my mind up I won't be bothering with an Arc its nothing better than what I already have.

I think it will be better than X10 on software side.
And also, as you read on blog, Android 2.3 on X10 will be really crippled.
