What people forget is that it takes more than a year for it to get into a phone. Tegra 3 will come to phones 2013 most likely. Tegra 2 3d not even this year if its released now

I bet my life You will see devices with Tegra 3 latest by Q1 2012
IT does not take a "year" or two for a chipset to get into phones. Tegra 2 phones became available recently weeks after it was made official.
Nvidia has mentioned Tegra 3 samples were ready Q4-2010. So I do not think they should have any problem starting commercial production of the chip within the targeted timeframe

As I thought tegra 2 is already outdated. Go for qualcomm 3D dualcore snapdragon SE.

Edit: Why is Nokia buying the ST-Ericsson most powerful platform http://www.engadget.com/2011/[....]s-dual-core-st-ericsson-u850/, and SE isn't even using the U5500 platform. Well the snapdragon dualcore should be sufficient, but it is SonyEricsson!!!

Think there is a good chance xperia play will be unveiled at the event. Psp2 will probably kick of with a new online service with downloadable content which can be used by play also. Or at least that is what I hope

I want to know if any of the upcoming Sony Ericsson devices will have NFC?
If am not mistaken, Arc does not have NFC.
As Android 2.3 supports NFC, I wonder why SE did not choose put NFC chip for Arc
While the only Android phone which has NFC is Google Nexus S.
T200 -> T68i -> T610 -> K700i -> P910i -> W800i -> P990i -> M600i -> P1-> Nokia E71 -> X1i -> X10 -> Arc S -> Sony Z1 -> Sony Z Ultra -> Sony Z3+ -> iPhone 6 -> iPhone 7 Plus -> iPhone X -> iPhone XS Max

Also what is the comparison between Google Nexus S and SE Arc CPU?
And which one is better and why?

Would really appreciate this

No, arc doesn't have NFC and frankly it makes me happy. NFC hasn't taken off yet and it looks like its going to be first in the US, which isn't a big market. needs to concentrate on making money so cutting niche features isn't a problem. If NFC gets enough traction they can add it to their H2 flagship with dual core and such, if we can beleive the rumours. And eldar may be totally right about the vivaz2, it beats the specs of the just announced Galaxy Ace which I think will be a competitor.

What does worry me though is rumours of phones with pico projectors and other silly things. I mean Samsung and LG already did them and how well did they do? If they're just doing prototypes to test the stuff fine, but considering it for retail sounds stupid. Maybe if they can double the quarterly sales or something; then maybe it would be ok. But now? I hope for their own sake they keep up the trend of becoming smarter and don't ruin it with a pico projector.
I don't want a signature anymore.

Both phones were announced. They're not rumour anymore. Why here?

I could very well imagine the overall portable PlayStation strategy will be unveiled there, including the PlayStation Pocket platform, which could appear on more products than just PSP2 and Xperia Play. Perhaps the platform is announced on the 27th as part of the PSP2 announcement, but the phone is only hinted at? Or just shown without going into detail besides the PlayStation Pocket platform.
