The P5 by sealover looks far from a business phone...looks more of a multimedia phone,a big brother of W910...maybe W980.

ok, I am THAT close to purchasing a Nokia N82 now, after having used SE P-series for the last four years. Please some with insight, let me know if I am doing something fundamentally wrong here, and should wait further for this P5. Is it worth the wait?? Being torn in two directions here! Help me decide. |

i spoke with chef of SE in Slovakia and he told me that it still isn't definitive design of the P5i,he saw 3 versions

K850i green
Apple iPhone 8GB

-Full screen design ( Iphone ), round d-pad ( W910 ), no qwerty
-2.8' TFT 256K
-HSDPA quad-band
-A-GPS, built-in map
-5 megapixels ( the same module used in K850i ) which is piss poor in performance, QVGA video recording, Xenon flash
-finger friendly UIQ ( still symbian v9.1 )
-128MB RAM, TI xxx 301mhz
-256MB ROM, expandable with MicroSD and M2
-USB v2.0, 3.5mm jack.
According to Eldar, the OS is far from complete. The OS probably wont run as smooth as Iphone's OSX. He also stated that he wont expect an eye candy UIQ in this new device. |

So No Keypad? That doesn't sound right for a P-Series. Maybe Maria/W980i but not a P-Series.
And I expected at least VGA Resolution 30FPS video recording. QVGA in a Flagship like the P5i is crap. Nokia looks better and better every day. N82 still looks to kill. And that CPU speed seem way too low.
Plus with those specs it is no N95-Killer as PK said. More like a N95/N82 Wannabe

That can't be the P5i. Maybe it's Maria. Wasn't the announcement dropped because of hardware changes? The CPU was supposed to be around 520MHz.
Also I think this may be UIQ 3.2 and UIQ 4 will come with the P5i that PK had. |

That info's are leaked by Eldar, that was before the P5i update, so these info are for the old P5i not the updated one
but sure I want Maria with5MP camera, A-GPS and 2.8 VGA screen, man Maria is walkman a 3.5mm will be very nice add here !!
sadly, not that much we know about Maria
