Yes, the 6600 has 6mb of memory. The K750 has about 41mb if you delete all the preinstalled things, before that it'll have about 34mb.
Both the 6600 and K750 support expandable memory, so they can take a 1gb or more memory card.

I disagree.
The K750 takes much superior quality pictures IMO. With the S700i, even though they were very good and sometimes were almost as good as a proper digital camera, the K750 goes further by taking images that are just as good as many 2mp cameras on the market.
With the S700i, you know almost every time they were taken with a cameraphone. With the K750, its much easier to fool people who dont look very close.

That depends if you want to take pictures this summer or you want to wait untill christmas when the CCD versions are released, if in fact they ever will be. Its only unconfirmed roumors right now, and many things can change before christmas.
There wont be much difference in picturequality.
