heres another easy one...
You are a bus driver. At the first stop of the day, eight people get on board. At the second stop, four get off, and eleven get on. At the third stop, two get off, and six get on. I can't figure out the first one yet, but the second should go like this:
1. facing the top, cut vertically = 2
2. facing the top, cut across the first cut, horizontally = 4
3. cut along the side = 8
I don't know if that was clear enough. maybe I should draw it...
