G._M , do you have an alternative solution to the T68i t9 being unable to add anymore new words to the dictionary? It is said that the only way to remedy this is via master reset. What are your thoughts on this issue

GM_ i called up yday asking what can be done to my t68mc upgraded to R2D, now that it wont turn on. someone told me that re-flashing might remedy it. what would it be flashed with this time? the same r2d? or the r2e?

i was supposed to bring it over this morning but the weather was nasty. might go on monday instead. thanks!

Is it true that Smartnet's recognition as an Ericsson service point would be extended and even retained but on a LIMITED capacity?

I heard that the limitation would only be on level 1 repairs and software upgrades.

Smartnet does not have \"advanced\" certification. Read the plaque on top of their display rack

I don't think the level of competency has anything to do with it (definitely not from our experience) but rather a compromised and perhaps a strategic move of SE Phils especially with the coming of another service point this August. I am sure SE Phils has seen OUR PETITION and they are pretty much aware of what is happening.

I can be blunt by saying that because of Smartnet and the entry of the new service point, Semicon has drastically improved their services by lowering their prices on upgrades and being more sensitive to our needs as could be seen on the other thread

@dlreyes its true what you mentioned about Semicon. But I doubt about the price decreases. The prices are even not uniform in their branches.

@G_M thanks for the info.
