Awesome topic, thanks a lot..
I'm totally new here and i found this site very helpful, i just got a new W800i a couple of weeks ago and i have a couple of questions..
1) How do i set my phone type to my account?
2) How do i transfer SMS from my W800i phone to PC?
3) It hangs quite a lot, and one time i had to take off the battery to work again, is it norma? if not, what should i do?

1) Sorry, I don't understand the question.. (Maybe it's my English..)
2) Well, there isn't such a program inside the cd-rom that comes with the phone. I use MyPhoneExplorer to do that. I downloaded it from the Internet, but unfortunately I don't remember the site!
3) My W800i works just fine.. My advice is to take it to the nearest Service Point for the experts to see what's wrong. |

Hi!I was trying to set up my phone for Gmail and i found this: http://orka.mine.nu/pub/gmail ,but it sais that i have to go to the 'advanced settings menu'(wich contains 'outgoing username',incoming password' or something like that) after configuring the email profile.The funny thing in this is that...ummm...I DON'T KNOW WHERE IS THE 'EMAIL ADVANCED SETTING MENU!WHERE IS THAT FREACKIN' MENU?!

i don't really understand what you're looking for, but i think if you go to sonyericsson website, there you can find such thing that sends the email options that you programmed there to your phone via sms!

I see on a few posts the Sony Ericsson logo. (the little green circle) I would like to use that for my signature when I send emails on my p990. Any ideas? How do I use the sign, on this site?

its a smilie and this list shows you all our smilies and what code to type to get them
that list is found in the help which is in the top right hand side of the page
edit: so for that one type : es : (without spaces) (or : se : )

joystick of k700 you can clean it I damaged tapeworm one and cleaning it on the inside it fixes it. |
