Good question? 12 additional hours were provided, were they not?.... who decides Feb theme?

The vote from pohuman in extra time was removed in negotiation with envolved members.

I’ve convinced Hans via PM to end counting votes until the end of yesterday. I would feel really bad if such great picture like blackvodka’s shot hadn’t been awarded. Furthermore we had similar situaction in the past where we had 2 winners in monthly competition.
Thank you Pohuman for your vote. I hope that you won’t be angry on Hans that he’s deleted your post. Thank you all who voted on my picture. I would never guess that I had a chance to tie with blackvodka’s brilliant shot.
I’ll talk with blackvodka via PM and we’ll get you know about topic of next month’s theme as soon as possible
