I am starting to think that all these touch wiz Samsungs should flashed to remove some of the touch wiz slow down. I might install a rom after a month or two.

It does slow it down quite badly. Even disabling S Voice on home key, toning down animations etc it seems to me Samsung tries to cram in too much. The lock screen delay is still there from previous Samsung's owned, dialer and contacts opening is delayed unless the apps are still open God I could go on. Another launcher would help yes

I have the slight lag when first opening the contacts and messaging too. But other than this the phone is running beautifully . I have to say though that I didn't activate the voice or samsung version of flipboard (the original app serves me just fine) and that I have turned off the eye scrolling and smart stay for the screen. All in all I am very happy with mine |

do we really need more mega pixel races?? What ever happened to concentration on image quality rather than more mega pixels.

Jepp, the S4 takes better picture than the S3 and the Note3 takes better picture than the Note2 so image quality is improved along with more mpix

Some would argue that argument is lost with the Z1 and it's 20 MP camera with quality.
Oh yeah last week I personally saw and held a FAKE Note 3! Screen pixel, size, quality, leather battery cover and even the stylus all looked VERY VERY real!

I'm not bothered by MP size as I know Samsung put great HW and SW for their phones to produce great quality without even boasting about it
If they want 20MP let them put 20MP long as they continue to own the competition, I aint mad.

Rather quiet in here.
Some great news:
In just two months, Samsung ships 10 million units of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Nope, the GS4 did 10million in 1month, and maintained an average of something like 7million per month. Note 3 is 10million in 2months.
Great results by Samsung anyway I like the Note 3, seems to be the best Android phone currently out to, and ergonomics wise it is quite good.
