Unsurprisingly the 808 won.
I was impressed with the idea of the Galaxy camera until I saw a working unit. The screen quality was poor for 2012 spec.

What surprised me the most is the fact that even at 1.4 microns the 808 still provides better detail.. this is important because it shows how sharp that Carl Zeiss lens is.. and someone here was saying that their lenses are not good... it has to resolve almost 2.5x the pixels and it still provides more detail.. the Germans have outdone themselves once again

Sorry i missed your post !
Yeah i kept my GS3 and this time i'm not trying to compare it too the S3 and i find it fine. There's good improvements with FP2 especially the keaboard for example.
I have a problem with viber which does not recognize my viber's contacts ! (empty list) However it's work with Whatsapp !?
The camera is fabulous there's no question about it |

Good idea to keep the GS3.. FP2 is fine, but the browser still sucks.. if you want to speed it up you have to turn off java and flash, or just flash.. no matter how much they optimize it, the CPU and the RAM memory are just too slow for smooth internet browsing.
Viber's code sucks.. it needs a lot of work.
I've never tried whatsapp but Skype works fine as well.

Funny comparison in very poor light...
GS3 no settings flash off 6mp
808 ceativ 8mp vivid colours sharpness increased
GS3 auto
808 auto mode 5mp flash off
GS3 low light mode
GS3 is one of the best smartphone on the market (if not the best) but the 808 is the best camera phone on the market for sure
