I see now. You phone doesn't store an appropriate exif that meets the needs of the photo gallery.

What if MissUK stored her pick somewhere else? Flicker or 4shared, can that be fit in the rules? Or as an exception?

If missuk uploads her pic to other site showing full exif data, it should count. But this is only for her as her mobile is not in esato phonephotos section's list and so having trouble in uploading.
But still waiting for tranced decision. As he must be thinking other way to do that.

before that day, i flashed my phone and i set wrong time but i took this in this month, can we accept it ???

Can you show the A2Uploader's log?
Also, there must be more photos with that date. Can you show them too(EXIF)?
