Hi All new here..ok..so I have a UK T-mobile branded Satio which I bought from an auction site..it has the usual freezing problems. Rang SE last week..they said new firmware should be out this week..but when I tried to update it said my phone already has latest firmware which is R1BC001...I dont understand this..is the new firmware R1BC001 or R1CA037? Please could someone confirm! If the latest one is R1BC001 then it still has problems!
UPDATE: Thanks to person below for confirming..just tried update but nothing new for t-mobile branded satio.

Just updated my Satio firmware today. It is now R1CA037 / R1C014. Mine silver, unbranded and in the UK.
The menus are much snappier than they used to be. It's a huge improvement. The only other differences I can find are Googletalk and an IM app (other than jabber) are now included in entertainment>chat. I've not had the chance to try thme out yet though. Also the key lock switch is now instantly unlocking/locking without the delay that was in the previous firmware.
It seems as though this is mainly just a bug fix update which they had to get out ASAP. I wouldn't be surprised if there's another update coming soon adding RDS, facebook etc. |

Upon further investigation, all the pics I've taken since the firmware update say 2mb...the ones before say 3mb...oh dear
EDIT: Got to edit my previous posts, new users are only allowed 3 =( I'll take some daylight pics tomorrow as its currently pitch black outside and I'll fiddle with the settings some more too.

Any other questions please PM me as I'm not allowed to post again until tomorrow due to me being a new user.
