the problem with aino is it doesn't have ev control and proper light sensor so it's very difficult to get proper exposure on different ambience hence you get most of the time underexpose picture. the camera also has inefficient "focus lock" instead of locking the focus subject it "sometimes" locks the background and thus this is the main course of blurred/unsharp picture. another thing is the cam processor takes a long time to process each single shot before you can snap another one.
i would say the camera module need to be revamped....sound and vision set free

I don't understand why there's no EV compensation in the camera user interface because in Aino's camdriver EV compensation is fully implemented

Yeah. Aino's cam really sucks on settings/customizations. There's not much you can do there.
Anyway, here are some photos I took with my Aino...

Has anyone noticed how effective PhotoFix on the Aino is? It seems to solve a lot of the "softer" colour and lack of sharpness issue.
Here's a photo I took with a "before" and "after" using photofix. The first photo is the original.
Here's how it looks after I used PhotoFix in the camera's menu.
To me, this seems to prove the camera is capable of photos with better light simply with a software alteration. Anyone agree?
