So that makes it ok for Israel to shoot and kill 3 and 4 year old children at point blank range? shoot on sight women trying to escape from the fighting? Use chemical weapons which are banned under every international law. What israel did in gaza is nothing short of genocide that is why Amnesty international has called for war crimes investigation. but you would probably say that they are wrong too along with the U.N who's buildings were bombed. whats the israeli's did is cowardly and to use heavy weapons against people who have nothing expect a few home made rockets. I hope israel are dragged through the international courts and made to pay for heinous crimes they have commited.
So hamas did fire rockets into israel but to kill 1300 mostly innnocent people in retaliation and if you think that is justified then i'm sorry but you are not even human.

@Mweb and Fatreg - I don't think they're listening to you, think everyone's too busy trying to prove their point of view to listen to reason! In situations like this everyone thinks they're right, won't listen to any counterpoint, get angry at them and they just descend into flame wars, which is why I no longer try posting in threads like this. I've started saying to people who engage in pointless or counter-productive arguing in real life that 'this is like arguing on the internet'!
[No disrespect meant to anyone debating in this thread btw, just wish you wouldn't debate things like this where there is no right or wrong answer - there are always two sides to a story.]

Lets get some simple points straight HAMAS are a TERRORIST organisation that wants the destruction of Israel. Maybe some of you should see the hate that is preached to the young in Palestine that Bav appears to have witnessed to see where this circle of hate and violence stems from in reality. HAMAS and the Palestinians are not innocent and doing nothing and being attacked are they? No they are firing Rockets into Israel explain the justification for that then amongst all the lies.
One of the reasons the Palestinian people have so little is due to the major corruption and funds that disappear along with how much they waste on arms and rockets. Think how much food and medicine could be bought with money wasted on munitions.
Finally just what would the British Government do if Rockets where being fired from Wales into England? Just take it and do nothing i doubt it in fact name any Country that would have continued Rocket attacks at it's civilian population and do nothing i bet you can't.

And it's also the root of just about every problem in this world. You look at every corner of this world and there is trouble brewing becasue of it. Indonesia - the bali bomber, Iraq, Iran - wants Israel wiped of the map. Hoe crazy is that honeslty? Britain is full if Muslims with condemnation to the west. I cant stand how those people can live here and then slag of the very country which allows them to live here and take money of them through benefits.
