Thanks
These are in fact "old" pictures of the prototype (with jawbone mic).
As You all know by know, the production-model will look a lot different from this one
Invisio > Yes,..the brushed steel case is the one You get with Bluespoon Its very neat and small too !
The real production-model can be seen both at http://www.expansys.com and at http://www.nextlink.to
I also have it on my homepage : http://jh67.homepage.dk

Oneeyejack > hehe,..lots of people have asked me about that. Its quite unique,..a small earlock/spring.
Imagine the earlocks/springs from the other headsets,..just a lot smaller,..and you can bend/shape it any way you like, so that it fits completely.
The speaker-part of the Bluespoon is shaped, so that it fits in the open part of the ear.
Its very comfortable to wear,..and it doesnt move around at all
No,..I dont have any pics of the backside/spring,..its quite special, and its a patented solution too
Might be able to get some pictures of this part.
Its pretty hard to explain just how it works, but there will be guidelines to this in the manual too

It is stated in the Bluespoon technical info that the weight is less than 10 grams. Being from the US, I have a hard time grasping exactly how light/ heavy that is.
So, I did some research on the internet to find a reference. One US penny weighs approximately 2.5 grams, so the bluespoon headset will weigh just under 4 pennies.
Maybe I'll tape four pennies together and stick them in my ear to see how it feels... |

You'd better produce a waterproof model. The bluespoon seems to be so light that I might go in the shower or dive into the pool without taking it off |

Michael > hehe,..yes its lightweight,..and if you wanna try the real size,..then go out to the kitchen,..grab a teaspoon : there you have it, hehe
Ionur > well,..in some way it would be "water-resistant",.because of the way its built (cant tell more about that right now)

Hiya,
quick couple of questions for you...
will bluespoon accept voice dialing? can you adjust the volume without going back to the phone? can you accept calls without using the phone? |

The features of the Bluespoon is the same as any other bluetooth headset. Theres nothing "special" about this part
You have 2 buttons on the headset,..they are sort of multi-functional, used for e.g. pairing, answer and so on.

Jan,
I thought of the Bluespoon again this morning while trying to unravel the horrendously knotted wires of my /// radio handsfree for the hundredth time. Any news on the release date? Is June still possible or is it likely to be July?
Sorry to hassle you again, but like about 1,000 other people it seems a long wait

I need to ask a question, 2 button for bluespoon, so does this mean we have to use the volume control on the phone to control the volume? Or once it is connected, tht 2 buttonwill act as volume control?
also if you seen motorola bluetooth headset and HBH-30 ( I mean at Cebit since it is not launch), both of them use charger tht plug direct to the headset so does bluespoon use this concept or it need some special component which the headset need to put there then come a DC adapter, I invented this myself based on the charger for HBH-10

Any news Jan?
Pre-orders?
It still says 45 days on Expansys homepage, but it should be about 25 at this stage, right? |
