no it only takes a few minutes. Check my guide and make sure you are doing it right. (the first part only http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=153990 the rest is about menu's)

Download the latest version (the links in my guide) and try

Before thatmake sure you have the paths correct in files_to_upload

I don't think you will have much luck, I've heard that USB flashing support doesn't work in parallels, which isn't surprising. Even VMWare on windows won't support usb flashing.

as usual right soft key and go thru permissions. otherwise i donīt know what you mean

Sorry, maybe I wasn't very clear. Is there any way to do away with the read and write messages altogether? It's really annoying having to deal with them every time a song is changed. It ruins an otherwise awesome app.

Yea, thats what i wrote.

1.Highlight KD app.
2.Right soft key (more)
3.Permissions
4.Read user data (put never ask)

Hope it helps

Keep in mind that this is possible from R1KG and newer.

Well, there's my problem. I guess I'll have to update with wontanserver then, cuz I have the latest off of SEUS and it's R1JG001. Does anyone know if the latest version on wontanserver is stable?(R6BC002)

Why don't you use latest (1.6. version...

It should help...

Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

thank you mts for sharing KDPlayer! it is by far a better solution than k790's stock player. with only two drawbacks for me:

-no EQ
-not programed with the phone's "Play" button. this is important to easily start/pause/restart music from inside your pockets.

Hmmm...I guess I could do that. I'm not sure where to find the new firmware though.
