A few more questions 4 the ppl that hve the phone...can u minimize the phones browser? Can u get sports apps 4 it? How loud is the phone? How gud is the new walkman media player 3.0? Wat is the auto screen rotatio like? And thats all...thanks |

This Wikipedia article on HSDPA seems to be indicating that the W910i is a category 6 (3.6Mbps) device and so faster than the K850i am I reading this right or is this a typo?

I think they meant that BOTH K850 and W910 category 6 (3.6mbps) phones.

In theory it can goes up to 3.6mbit/sec, and also depends the network..
you shall be happy if it goes up to 2mbit/sec  .

Thanks. I think t-mobile are implementing 3.6mbps next year in the UK.

Actually T-Mobile with have 7.2mbps HSDPA up and running by the end of this year, although currently there are very few devices that can take advantage of this yet. I would expect to see a lot of devices next year that will support this speed and that really is faster than most peoples Broadband at home.
Which means Mobile Data really can start to reach it's full potential at last, also around the same time we can also expect to start seeing the OMAP Series 3 chips that will offer speeds between 600mhz to 1GHZ as well as greatly improved support for Video, Multimedia and even TV out.
