Just found out that when updated M³ it onli encodes with 5 fps in video

which i find odd, when it was encoding with 60 fps in the earlier version.

M3 runs in low priority, so you can still use your computer while it works. So my guess is something is hogging your cpu and leaving nothing for M3. Press ctrl-alt-delete and see what task manager says.

hi mysh , thanks again for the updates but i would like to ask you whether its possible for you to include an option to convert files so that play in a faster mode like 1.5x or 2 x

i had posted this earlier too...

"this might sound stupid but is it possible to convert files so that they run at 1.5x speed than the original file...
i listen to a lot of lecture videos and in my pc i run them at 1.5x or 2 x speed..

can you help me out "

Thecoolsha:

The only thing i can think of is that you somehow activated "DX9 gpu filtering" on the advanced tab? Try unchecking that option and see if you speed returns.

drgopoos:

I'm looking into whether that'd be possible.

geir-ove:

I got it, thank you! Emailing you about your dvd issue in a moment.

Sent of the file, just waiting for a reply.Would be nice if you could separate the music dvds as they all together, like a whole film.

thank you mysh.... this is how a developer has to be... give some expectations to your customers and give them what they want....

SE has to learn a lot from mysh and other developers in this forum.

I am converting a video for my M600i with SUPER. I have encountered a problem and i hope there is a simple solution to it. I am trying to convert a 480x498 @ 10fps *.wmv file to... M600`s favorable *.mp4. The fact is that i have used normal settings for e.g. music videos which work perfect. The problem with strange looking resolution and framerate is that i get almost double size from input file. (Converting a 3mb get a 6mb)

The file i am trying to convert is a chesslesson and it doesnt need a high video/audio bitrate.

Is the problem in my settings (1.3g2 (SE), 2.MPEG-4, 3.AAC, 4.320x240, 4. 4:3, 5. 11.988 fps, bitrate kbps 64, sampling freq 22050, channels 2, bitrate kbps 96, DLSAST: default.

Or does *.mp4 just take so much more than *.wmv does?

drgopoos:

Except M3 is free - i have no customers!

intelegent115:

I'm not sure this is the place for help with super.

Antichrist:

It's not that weird, the bitrate of your original file is lower than M3's default bitrates for your phone. more bitrate uses more data. The end result is bigger files for higher bitrates. Try the following....

In M3, once the file is loaded, you can go to the info tab, then select your file, to see the bitrates in the original. If the bitrate is very low, just lower M3's bitrate for that file (on the Video tab). M3 is set up to preserve quality, not make small files. But you can set per-file bitrates if you want to.

Amanno:

Just wait for the reply to your email, there is no 'magic' setting to make your music video DVDs work. It's christmas eve and i'm not writing any code again until next week. I do this for free so have some patience while i enjoy a couple of days off at christmas.
