A diamond-encrusted and gold cell phone is currently on sale on an auction web site in South Korea. The phone sports more than 240 diamonds and features a screen cover made out of sapphire crystal glass.

I don't think you meant to say 25 Karats per diamond, that would be a pretty big and heavy phone! 
They also retailed for US$40,000 when they were released.
