The adapter allows you to put the smaller Duo card into a normal Memory Stick slot, eg on a card reader. As far as I know, the gaming one does not come with an adapter. |

The Duo cards are the small Memory Sticks that are used by the K750i. The adapter allows the Duo to be used wherever a standard non-Duo card might be needed, eg a digital camera or a card reader - a device you connect to your computer that allows cards from other devices such as digicams to be read as a removeable drive on the computer so you can download pics etc. If you use the cable supplied with the K750i, this will show the card up as a removeable drive, so you wouldn't need a separate card reader. |

Depends. The card reader will have a USB cable to connect it to the computer. Most card readers accept various different cards - SD, Compact Flash, Memory Stick etc etc, so if you've got a number of devices with diferent cards, it's easier to have just the one reader. Card readers are usually a lot faster than using the device the card is in to download data and takes it's power from the computer rather than draining the device battery.

I don't know if the adapter you have will work. Does it come from a PRO card? If yes, it probably will. If not, I don't know.
