Just seems bizarre...I "normally" have th eyes of a hawk to spot fraud on mobile phones...not saying he is...but he had no posts before advertising a 8800 for sale, and the pic is approx 10% cropped from the image on the link from the ebay auction I stated.....etc etc...I hope I am wrong and pologies if I am.

I can't comment on how similar the pics look - but my image is genuine - i took it the other day with my k750i.
I've had one genuine offer, and like i said, my details are available upon request, and if so, we can talk on the phone before sale is finalised.
I'm not out to committ fraud. |

It might be the other person used your photo...but if YOU took the photo, how did someone on ebay manage to use it? Seems weird.
Do you have a landline or mobile number to call you on to dscuss shipment and payment details?

The ebay auction was started on the 21st and you put yours up today. I smell a big rat!

i conducted a little test....
lets just pretend i'm out to scam the good people esato 
My intial thoughts would to put up a thread with a pic of the handset. BUT seeing as i dont actually have the phone i'll pull a pic off ebay 
But the damn "ebay camera" sign is at the bottom of the pic.... so let me cut that bit out!!!! 
And here is the result:
looks quite SIMILAR to the one in the 1st post 
what i'm trying to say is... why would you have a cropped version of the pic if it was you who took the picture? And the guy off ebay have a full size pic all very confusing
