Well that was a confusing topic to read through :P name the top 3 features you need on an ideal phone then choose the phone with those features. Just choose the one that will suit your needs best.

i have to say i love the z800i although the nokia 6680 camera is good, the symbian OPS is ok but its not actually there yet if you no what i mean so i would have to sacrifice the camera for the beloved z800i. at the mo i am waiting for the prices of the z800i to hit under £300.
there is a few pictures i have taken from a nokia 6630 the cam is 1.3m i believe the 6680 cam is also the same as the 6630. enjoy.

you want a phone for several years? then don't get a series60
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA |

It all depends on what you're after. The 6680 offers the most functionality due to the Series 60, that is without a doubt. You can install all kinds of applications on it, like Office viewers to advanced e-mail clients to world clocks, there are thousands of different softwares available. The Z800i is much more limited in that aspect. I can't say for how long they'll last, but cut the crap about that the 6680 wouldn't hold for long. So in the end it's all a matter of whether you need the functionality or not. The Z800i looks better, but the 6680 offers loads more on functionality.

6680 anytime... It offers far more versatility than the z800. Is your choice confined to only these specific phones?

Z800, unless of course you would like smartphone features.
Otherwise, definitely the Z800.
