im having the same problem but i kinda got used to it, you would think that sony would have used there "walkman" style headphones. shame as the SE k750 has am amazing mp3 player compare tot he nokia ones, well at least the one on my 6260. they new Stereo portable handsfree HPM-70 looks good

If you're handy with a soldering iron, it wouldn't be hard to lop off the earphphones and replace them with a 3.5mm stereo jack line socket to allow you to plug in your choice of headphones...

As for the HPM-70. If you have an extra $700 to blow, buy one of the W800c's from x138 on eBay. It comes with a HPM-70.

Well ive just spent the last half an hour making my own adaptor. No extra costs here!!! The same as what the guy on Howard Forums did. It was a little bit dodgy but after all i dont think that if you spend say £10 on a HPM-70, that youll get a good price when you come to sell it. So DIY is the best option.

My adapter turned up from doml today, works nicely with my Sennheisers. All seems pretty sturdy  |
