Had mine a few weeks now, upgraded to latest firmware R1L. Great phone, but am struggling a bit with the small buttons compared to my previous Nokia 3330. No desire to go back though!

hi, I'm new here.

My K750i is currently on its way to me as we speak Hopefully delivered tomorrow or Thursday!

Does it come with a USB cable? (I have Bluetooth on my Mac, but not my PC)

Yes it does come with a USB cable in the box, and it the same cable needed for the online updates which is good.

You will be very happy with your new phone, and i can comfirm that you won't regret it, i owned Nokia's for past 7yrs Then made the swap to the K750i so happy i did.

Regard's

Well Guys - What can I say my new phone is fantastic, much better than my P910i.

NO way your pulling my leg right

despite a 2.0 camera on that K750i it's still no way as gud as a P910
and don't make me laff you can buy way better camera on the market with 6.3 Megapixels imagine the quality of that

You are missing the point, we are talking about camera phones here, not standalone digi cam's. Standalone digicams are dedicated to one thing and one thing alone, taking images, hence they do it superbly. I also want a device that makes calls, texts, emails, music and games which makes it a no brainer that the K750i is an attractive buy. So it is entirely correct when people say the image quality is astounding, they are comparing it to camera phones not standalone digi cams!. In this respect the K750i has amazing pic quality over what we've seen in the past. Plus I bet you won't see any 6.2mp digi cams that are as neat and compact as the K750i, plus have the same pricing point.

I see your point of the K750i, but no phone has the go to meet a digi cam not yet, phone cams are just reasonable quality for quick snaps, ie mms etc, for the price of a Ģ250 PAYG K750i it's pretty good for this at a sense. but for other things, which it does'nt have ie to a P910i.. it doesn't even meet ends meet, the other other thing im gunna disapoint truley here is the size of the phones, yes the P9 is big, and the K750 is smaller but I know what 1 id go for

I know what you mean and the point you are trying to make but a smartphone cannot really be compared to the k750i there both different and have good and bad points

I agree with you on the camera point though, there just for quick snaps etc etc

I use a cybershot if i want decent pictures

Even with a 5-6 megapixel camera iīd normally shoot 3-4 megpixel photos...thereīs a point when we just donīt need extra resolution - we have to resize photos all the time for their main purpose, web displaying, and the files are soooooo big...i really donīt see the point of phones with more than 3-4 megapixels...

A tiny size optical zoom with image stabilization - that is a different matter, that is really needed

dont get me wrong the k750i takes great pictures but i think were along way off having a truly proper digital camera/phone combination

i have not used a k750i but had a demo in the o2 and i have owned a p910i

both great phones but in different ways

Itīs a normal point&shoot camera...itīs no worse than my old 2mp cibershot camera, or most mid-low price cameras in the market...if you add the flash acessorie, then itīs a solution for most people needing a camera

For people that are into photography, or that need optical zoom, well, it has to be a normal digital camera

Iīm into photography, i have a normal digital camera with 10x optical zoom, but i already find myself using the k750 most times, except when i want to take photos for a specific objective (contests, gallerys), etc

Even so, i already sent some k750 photos to the photo magazine i subscrive, for the photo of month contest eh eh If a phone photo gets published (i have lots of photos published in the monthly contes), itīs gonna be a breakthrough...iīm convinced theyīll publish one soon

I would rather you pull something of mine but as cloysterpete5 stated this thread is not about any old camera its about the K750i and do you even have one?
I guess not so how can you even discuss the differences? I have owned a P910i Longer than you! and I also now own the K750i - so if you read my first initial post I am clearly stating that I find In my own opinion that the P910i is no way as good as the K750i

Infact My friends told me the past 10 months they have all taken the mickey out of the brick, now I got respect with my K750i Even got a **** late on Friday night when some hot chick wanted to look at my K750i - I soon worked her into the Toliet

Sorry for getting side-tracked there

@sean, what can a k750 do, which the P910 can't? I see only the 2mp cam and maybe the size. Anyway, it is criminal trying to compare these phones! Btw, i'd take the P9 anyday. No non-smartphone for me. Btw, When do we get to see Uiq3 phones from ?
