I did try a master reset. It's still messed up. I'm calling SE. Thanks for the help.

For those of you wondering what happened... the problem had nothing to do with the phone. Instead VoiceStream decided it would be fun to mess around with my account and apparently the SIM card went to shits. After trying a friends SIM card and everything working fine I decided to go to VoiceStream and demand a new SIM card and the cute lady behind the counter did. So if you doubt your phone and think it's broken its probably not. LONG LIVE THE T68I
