I just have to change my story:
I wrote this in another thread earlier this summer.I got two housings for my S700i,one silver and one black.I spend practically the whole day dissassembling and reassembling my phone.The first mistake was when i opened it the first time,i lost one of the microscopic springs from the microphone...Well i got that fixed with a DIY spring thingy i made myself.The second thing i failed to notice was that the new housings didn't have the metal square in the swivel part of the phone,so the phone didn't recognice when the phone was close or when it was open  I got some cold swet at this part of the operation...The phone just kept telling me to close the phone.Well after some 5 times or so taking it apart i found out what the problem was and finaly got it fixed.
So keep this in mind when attempting to change the housing yourselfs.

i got a big crack in my screen. How much do u recon a se servise place wod charge to fix it?

May as well buy an aftermarket one and also buy a screen protector. Would be miles cheaper.

BtW- if service centers can do it, isn't it better to get orignal stuff ?
Pity, that 710a isn't launched here. So getting a good black fascia is tuff

I am having a problem with the mic on my s700i. I have tried putting it in two ways, after replacing my old battered housing,but it dosnt work.
what am i doing wrong??????????????
