The swedish company gsmteknik now offer the K750->W800 conversion for 199SEK... about $30...
They claim full W800 functionality... "only difference is cover design"...
They also offer the reverse transform... W800->K750...

Davinci will no doubt have this option in a few days, no need to pay ridiculous prices.

I have a K750i but Im on a mac, anyway I can flash it via mac, if not, if someone gives me a set of instructions Ill do it via a PC if necessary.
Just post or PM instructions to me. |

hehe not that simple m8! U need special software, a copy of the firmware (neither readily available to the public), and then you could do it.. |

Somebody mentioned in another thread here that they were able to change the fascia of their K750i from silver to black. Does this mean then that we could totally convert K750i to W800i, ie. update firmware and fascia? (assuming someone makes a W800i-style fascia for the K750i)
Do they have the same dimensions? If so then noone would be able to tell that your "W800i" was iniatially a K750i...
