Just tried Ice Age from that place, I couldnt get it full screen which I think is the issue. We need a program like Smartmovie on Symbian phones.

Is it even possible?

I have read you cannot reward and forward so it's useless to have full movie

Hi I'm not sure about k700 but on k750i you can fast forward or rewind videos using the nav controller or joystick,
just hold too the left to rewind or too the right to fastforward,

if playing full screen then what would normaly be up or down on the phone nav controller becomes left or right with the phone being on its side,

only downside being in full screen there is no progress bar to indicate position in video, maybe SE will add that in a firmware upgrade??

is there a shortcut key for me to view the video in the player on full screen ....K750i....

Hi not found one yet, quickest I can find is still two keys!
from media player click on 'More' then press key '5'
then you will be in full screen

*** Warning though if your video is encoded with a high bitrate say above 160 then full screen may make it stutter in playback due to the extra workload of having to rescale to fit the screen ***

if so try a video bitrate of 128 (great trade of for quailty and smoothness)

Hay people.

Nice to see my site posted on a new forum.
I run MobileMoviez.net. i read with intrest the quality of the movies on my site.

Well im sorry to say not all movies was converted by me, or uploaded by me, but from other members. So i cant realy controll and check every file that is uploaded to see what the quality of a movie is.

Most 3gp movies are bad quality as many know, the better quality movies you will find are RM(Real Media) formats and maybe some MP4 movies.

I dont think (3g) never did get to get a real good 3g-codec to make real good mobile movies with.

The movies i make are with either the following programes.
Quicktime 6.5 pro, soon to try QT7 pro.
Ashampoo 2.11
Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter
mpegableX4live
and a few other tools, neither have made a real good video converted movie. and dont forget comverting a 700+meg file or even a 4-gig file down to 60-80 megs you will or may never get a good quality movie.

Ive just download AVS Video Convertor 3.6.6 and you can make 3gp & RM converted movies, tho my copy is a trial version i converted pt-1 of Batman Begins to RM (real Media format) just to see what it came out like, i set it as mobile video playback and the 200-meg file was compressed and converted down to around 30-meg, the out come was ok, a lot better than 3gp formats i got from the tools above, ive not tryed to convert a movies to 3gp yet on this new tool, but will give it a go maybe tomorrow.

The only prooblem with this tool being in trial mode, it sticks up a dirty big advert on the movie all or most of the way throw the movie.. If i like the video outcome on 3gp & RM formats i may buy an original copy costing around $50+ you can download a trial/demo copy of AVS Video convertor here http://www.avsmedia.com i think this could be the programe to use, as ive been looking for a programe to make RM format moviez ,and this programe can do it, along with WMA, AVI, 3GP, and i think it can do DVD's.??

So it's worth trying out differnt type of programes to get a good result movie.

Anyways i just converted WAR of the Worlds into 3gp format using Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter, but the out come was bad, the movie had playing problems and was compressed to 63-megs.
I then used (mpegableX4live) the out come was a whole lot better, and you could enlarge or shorten the video viewing on the PC Screen,
The file size was larger tho, 128-meg, and not 63 meg, but it was a much better conversion. Im now uploading the new 129-meg of WAR OF THE WORLDs movie onto the FULL MEMBERS SECTION at http://mobilemoviez.net right now but due to a big 128-meg file, and i only get 16kbt max upload on my 1mbt connection this file is going to take 2 1/2 hours to upload. so the file maybe uploaded to the full members section around 1a, tomorrow.

Mobilemoviez offer not just Full Lenght moviez, but Video Clips, Polytones, midi's MP3s, Cartoons, Drivers, Video Convertor, and much much more.

so come visit http://mobielmoviez.net or @ http://steves3g.com

steves3g.com holds the website, while mobilemoviez holds the download file, but is also directed to mobilemoviez website...

Hope to see you guys @ Girls around.
