the problem with this forum is that we have Too many ppl who Think theyre experts, when in reality they dont know what theyre talkin about !!!

seriously, it doesnt take more than an IQ of 80 to figure out that its Not a dead pixel since it cant be seen once the phone is OFF !!!!
ur either st***d or u have no knowledge whatsoever when it comes to displays !!! have u ever seen a dead pixel ??? well, let me inform u that u cant see it once the screen is off...

end of discussion, go learn a few things before u start posting b***s**t !!!

Actually depends on the type of display whether you see it when its off.

Not pretending Im an expert.

But Taz. No need to get aggressive. Many people try to pretend theyre experts but atleast 20% of those people are in fact experts and are very useful. So dont diss them. But I clearly see your points. Too many people try to argue about small technicalities. Like my example above.

if it's dust, can you try using an "air sprayer", the ones meant for cleaning camera lenses or keyboards. they usually come with a little tube for tight spots. but even with the battery cover off, the phone may be too tightly put together.

and i wouldn't want to guess about it being a dead pixel. depends on what kind of screen the K750 has.

Only way to fix it is to fit a new screen, tfts are not the sort of things you can take to bits

If it's only 4 weeks old, isn't it still under warranty? take it back and demand a new one!!

ONE DEAD PIXEL will not get u a new screen.

it seems u guys know nothing of LCDs... a dead pixel is very common and in order for a manufacturer to replace it u need more than 2-3 dead pixels.
at least thats the case with computer displays. maybe with phones its a different case.. but i doubt it !!! [addsig]

People warned you about your first aggressive post, yet you still posted another one.

The sad thing is that you first wrote that this forum has too many "experts who don't know what they're talking about", now you're not only bashing on those but to everybody else too. Stop beeing a wise ass, please. Nobody want those around.
