I've never done it myself but will ask if you are still plugged into the pc? if so disconnect first as that might be the problem

everything works now, thx for the help....one more addition question, is there a better program for MP3toPhone...that looks little more proffessional, with lists and details....so that i don't have to drag everything to
J:\MSSEMC\Media files\audio
the program that will come with W800i, what is it called?? can it be downloaded anywhere yet?? |

You can create a folder named MP3 on the root of your memory-stick, it will find your media there;) |

Does anyone know if this will work with the original firmware? I have refrained from upgrading so far (for obvious reasons...) but I find the current file structure on the MS just illogical. |

Yes creating the mp3 folder in the root should work on the original firmware as well.
Its actually mentioned in the manual that you can do that.
In the new firmware they just did it for you. |
