The perfect phone for YOU should have symbian. Not everyone require a smartphone. For some, the k750 or the s700 is a perfect phone. The notion that your choice is better than others because you think so is nothing less than childish.

It pretty much boils down to what one wants from a phone...and btw..most folks who own a smartphones hardly ever use it to its full "smart" potential...so if someone wants a basic call/text phone, symbian or the lack of it does not matter in the evaluation of whether its perfect or not..Having said that, what good is the ultimate symbian device, if it does not have simplicity in call/text functions ...add relatively crappy battery life, and bugs???

Series 60 and UIQ are both Symbian. What OS is T630, K750? Are they Series 40?

As i have said b4, the UIQ does the job very much classier than S60. Agreed both are powerful, but if you use a UIQ, there is no turning back to S60.

In opinion SE proprietary is better. there's so much less risk that psychos will create viruses for it. |

SE taking up s60 interface? Its sound impossible as nokia owns most of symbian.

Nokia owns the WHOLE S60 interface, does not own whole symbian.
Why do people keep mixing things...
Your idea is right. The way you back it up is wrong.
I'm tired of explaining it... i'll just let you make a fool of yourselves and show that you don't know s*it about Symbian, S60 and UIQ...
