Well, I didn't like this "phone of the future" until I saw it slide-open on the following page. Cool. But I'd say it looks more like the "smartphone of the future".
Masseur has a strong point. I've been looking at cybernetics for years, and expect that the phones of the future will function more that way: voice commands, thought commands, and serious minitiarization.
The phone of the future may be no larger than a bite-sized bluetooth headset.

true, but they are available now.
there will no need for phones, we will have devices for mind speaking, or stuff like that
sure we can all dream of the future, but when will someone do something about it? When will this 'future' arive? We may not be around for this future, and technology may decrease, so be happy with the phones you have(unless you have a blokia!)

@Glenny
We are living the future today. For example:
I am sitting on an armchair in my lounge (not at a desk), typing on my notebook (computers used to be the size of a room and use tape reels), connected to the internet via Wireless LAN, in NZ and conversing with you and others all over the world, about mobile phones (a relatively recent invention), in real time (not telegrams, stop). Even the 1950's (only 50 years ago) seems a whole world away!
The cars of the future as described in the 50's and 60's are already here too.
In another fifty years your grandchildren will be taking for granted things we can only dream of today.
