@bolo i dont think that you can divert calls from voda to o2. You cant transfer calls to other network

The divert costs u...i'd say most of the times.I don't know a network here or in Germany or France that doesn't charge u. They ALWAYS do cuz otherwise u can take advantage of the system. Here, diverting a call costs u as much as if u'd make that call urself.
