Surpose if your machine was ready for a fresh install you could try that. Or just keep on at DaVinci.

That means that davinci`s email server has delayed the delivery of your email to them i think.

It's very strange that you have the same problem on 3 computers! I've never had a problem like this with DaVinci, nor have I read of anything similar. I can only think that these 3 machines must have something in common. [addsig]

Yes it's very strange!!!I don't know what is the problem...

Have you used the same file that you downloaded originally on all 3? If so, perhaps that is corrupt and you could try downloading it again. [addsig]
