Maybe you should try to trade yours in on a service-center too.. I have used the HBH-660 for a couple of hours today, works fine. I can hardly feel its on my ear.. my HBH-300 was alot heavier. |

I like the HBH-300, especially the very long battery life. But if it looks like I have to wait a long time for a fix, then I will definitely try the HBH-660. Thanks |

if a sony service center will swap, i'd go for that if the fix will take too long. if someone goes and tries that, let us know how it goes, and where you went. I dont want to have to spend another $60 for my 3rd bluetooth headset... |

After the firmware update I have noticed a small improvement. Although I still dont sound that loud to other people, it is better than before, and I can now successfully voice-dial contacts. I can also end a call by pressing the button on the headset, which is something which would not work before. |
